FAQs JUST ARRIVED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT? 📍 I am located inside of “Hera the Salon”. When entering the salon, please be seated in the waiting area on the left hand side. Please message me letting me know you have arrived (Please DO NOT knock on the door of my treatment room, incase I am still with a client). Please feel free to help yourself to any beverages while waiting. NOT SURE WHAT TO WEAR? ✨ Please dress comfortably for any service. For facials: Please wear comfortable clothing easy to change in and out of, as you will be asked to change into a spa gown. No makeup is always preferred. For waxing: Depending on the area being waxed, you may be asked to change into a spa gown, so please wear comfortable clothing easy to change in and out of. For lashes: No mascara is preferred PREGNANT/NURSING?🤍 Please let me know, as I have both acne treatments and other Facial treatments safe for pregnant/nursing clients. For the safety of the client and baby, I do not perform lash lift/brow laminations unless first cleared by the clients OB/GYN (Note is required). DURING APPOINTMENT✨ Your comfort is my main priority. Please let me know if you ever need to readjust, need a blanket, use the restroom, or feel any discomfort. SILENT APPOINTMENTS🤍 Please let me know if you would like a silent appointment. I understand some days you may just need some quiet time to yourself, so I will keep the appointment quiet, relaxing, and only prompt you when necessary. GET THE MOST TIME OUT OF YOUR APPOINTMENT✨ Please fill out all questions/waivers sent, prior to your appointment. This will cut out time taken to fill out the forms in person. Please use the restroom prior to your appointment to avoid time lost during the appointment. (There is a restroom located in the salon, the receptionist/any other employee will be able to direct you to the location of the restroom if I am not available). Cancellation Policy
A card on file and a non-refundable deposit (deposit will go towards the service total) is due in order to book.
When canceling an appointment your deposit does not get refunded,
as it is non-refundable.
*Each client gets a “one-time pass” for their first cancellation, where their deposit does not get refunded, but they can transfer their deposit on file in order to reschedule
(appointment must be rescheduled at the time of cancellation and the rescheduled
appointment must be made for the same month as the cancelled appointment).
If you no call/no show, your non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
After the second no call/no show, you will no longer be able to book with
Essential.E.sthetics.
For facial services there will be a 10 minute grace period when running late. After 10
minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and there will be no refund of the deposit.
All other services have a 5 minute grace period, so anything later than 5 minutes will
result in your appointment being cancelled and there will be no refund of the deposit.
